The Investigative Committee confirmed that the criminal case against Yuri Dud was opened over his interview with RVC head Denis Kapustin

The Investigative Committee said that Dud and Kapustin “organized and conducted an interview in which they made oral statements containing justification and propaganda of terrorism.”
