Newborns are also “taking part in helping the front,” Irkutsk Mayor Ruslan Bolotov said.

According to the official, at the Irkutsk city perinatal center, “jars from used baby formula are sent in support of the fighters.”

“Over two years, several batches of such jars have already been sent to the front line. It is good material; trench candles can be made from it. The containers are also suitable for storing grains, sugar, and anything else one might want,” Bolotov boasted.
