In Krasnoyarsk, journalist and producer Elena Matushevskaya has been detained over donations to the Anti-Corruption Foundation. She came to the city on business and had recently been living in Serbia

Elena Matushevskaya, a producer of educational projects and a former employee of Tomsk’s TV2, was detained today; the reason was donations to the Anti-Corruption Foundation.

She came to Krasnoyarsk on work-related business, but recently Matushevskaya had been living in Serbia. Today she will be taken to Tomsk, where a hearing on pretrial restrictions will take place tomorrow.

🔵According to Mediazona’s count, by April 2026 at least 225 criminal cases had been opened in Russia over donations to the Anti-Corruption Foundation. Courts have handed down 167 verdicts, and 24 people have received actual prison terms.
