Aerial bombs struck different districts of the city, destroying private homes, the city’s mayor Ihor Terekhov reported on his Telegram channel.
At the moment, two people are known to have been killed, and the number of injured has risen to 33, including three children.
In the Kharkiv region, three people were injured as a result of a morning strike on a two-story apartment building, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service reported.
