Germany will provide Ukraine with a new aid package
Germany has allocated Ukraine an aid package worth more than 1.3 billion euros, President Volodymyr Zelensky said at a joint press conference with Chancellor Friedrich Merz in Kyiv following their meeting, European Pravda reports.
Reuters reports that the package includes 1 billion euros in military aid and 350 million euros for restoring the energy sector. Zelensky clarified that part of the funds will go toward producing interceptors against jet-powered Shaheds.
