Russia continues actively recruiting citizens of Central Asian countries for the war with promises of payments of up to 2 million rubles, Russian citizenship, and “work” in Moscow.
According to available data, almost 13,000 citizens of Central Asian countries have already managed to fight in the Russian army. Many are killed, go missing, or end up in Ukrainian captivity.
