Lawyer Mikhail Biryukov was informed by the Investigative Committee that the criminal case against the co-founder of the House with a Lighthouse charity foundation had been dropped. “The official decision to terminate the case has been sent by Russian Post,” the message says.


🔴On September 2, Moniava’s home was searched, after which she was detained. Moniava was charged under the article on military “fakes” over a post in which she cited UN data on those killed and wounded in the Russian-Ukrainian war.


Later, the court imposed a ban on certain actions. Moniava said she would leave her post as director of House with a Lighthouse, but would remain in Russia.
