“I’d put you on a stringer.” The head of Orsk’s Yunarmiya was accused of harassing underage female cadets
A criminal case has been opened against 65-year-old Abdrahman Sagritdinov, head of the Yunarmiya headquarters in Orsk, over harassment of underage female cadets, Verstka found.
A pre-investigation check showed that from February 2021 to March 2024, the head of the headquarters touched the buttocks and breasts of at least two girls, born in 2007 and 2010, with his hands through their clothing.
One of them described how, in 2023, Sagritdinov slapped her on the butt and asked why her ex-boyfriend was not going to Yunarmiya; and in March 2024, he asked why the cadet’s uniform was “uneven” — and then tucked her T-shirt into her trousers, touching her under her clothes. Another cadet was later recognized as a victim.
In August, the head of the Yunarmiya headquarters was arrested in absentia: he had signed a contract with a volunteer formation and ended up at the front. He was formally charged in person only on September 16 — under the article on “indecent acts” against two or more persons (Part 3 of Article 135 of the Criminal Code). As a preventive measure, the court ordered him held under arrest for two months. The investigation is now continuing.
