“More than once I witnessed him treating older Yunarmiya girls inappropriately. [Sagritdinov] harassed them”

This video appeal was recorded in 2025 by Irina Panaistova, the former head of DOSAAF in Orsk. It concerns the 65-year-old head of the city headquarters of Yunarmiya, Abdrakhman Sagritdinov. The military-patriotic organization for children and young people held classes in the same building.

Several people told Verstka about Sagritdinov’s inappropriate behavior with female students, including the girls themselves, parents, and former teachers. Vladimir Khoryakov, head of the primary DOSAAF organization “Union of Russian Forces” and a former Yunarmiya member, says he saw the headquarters chief speaking to the girls during formation.

“What the fuck are you standing here like prostitutes on Tverskaya for? Where are your hands supposed to be? How many times have I said that a bra is not regulation uniform, so there shouldn’t be one under the uniform?” Khoryakov recounts Sagritdinov’s words.

According to him, he once witnessed in the headquarters chief’s office how Sagritdinov allegedly checked whether one of the girls had shaved her pubic hair. Both Khoryakov and Panaistova spoke with Sagritdinov to get him to stop the harassment. But this only led to conflicts.

Nevertheless, in October 2025, a criminal case was opened against Sagritdinov under the article on “lewd acts of a sexual nature.” The investigation showed that from February 2021 to March 2024 the headquarters chief touched, through clothing, the buttocks and breasts of at least two girls: born in 2007 and 2010.
