Rybar founder Zvinchuk and his team have returned to Russia

Zvinchuk said that he currently feels great and joked that he "wants to sleep." According to Zvinchuk, the equipment seized during the detention was not returned to the group. The team had rented some of the equipment, and so far they have not been able to return it.

He also shared that there had been no fears that, apart from Russia, he and his team might be deported to another country.

"In fact, the case of our release is, perhaps, in my memory, probably one of the few instances when both the state and private structures worked in a coordinated way," Zvinchuk said.

As a reminder, Zvinchuk, his wife Valeria, and three other Russians were detained on October 9 in the Montenegrin town of Risan. After a check, the country's authorities ordered them expelled on grounds of "national and internal security." The Russians chose to fly out via Belgrade.
