A significant drop in the number of pro-Russian bots has been noted online after Ukrainian strikes on Yandex data centers.
This is confirmed by internet traffic monitoring data: according to current data, automated request traffic from Yandex has fallen almost to zero.
This, however, will not affect Russian-paid human propagandists or the preparation of hybrid attacks.
According to the subjective impressions of X users, a significant decrease in the number of anti-Ukrainian comments is being recorded.
The number of likes and reposts of anti-Ukrainian messages has also fallen, and a number of accounts that had been spreading them have shown no activity since the strike on the data center in Vladimir.
This even extends to Trump’s recent statements accusing the Ukrainian government, where reposts dropped by 37% compared with similar earlier posts.
Online activity in support of a number of political parties and movements has also dropped sharply, from Texas separatists to Germany’s AfD party.
A decrease is also being recorded in supposedly Polish users expressing hatred toward Ukrainians, as well as supposedly Ukrainian accounts expressing hatred toward Poles.
President Zelensky also stated that Russian bot activity online has decreased.
