Ukraine again received no intelligence from its Western partners about the attack on Kyiv, Zelensky said.

According to him, CHP-4, one of the Ukrainian capital’s main energy facilities, was attacked today. The missiles were detected by the air defense system when they were effectively already approaching the city.

“The facts show that the Russians do not consider it necessary to comply with what the US president said. Ukraine supported an energy ceasefire. Russia is targeting yet another power plant and the lives of our people. And it is certainly unfair when they destroy both energy infrastructure and Ukraine does not even receive warnings about ballistic missile launches. It is important that the world not remain silent about this,” Zelensky wrote on Telegram.
