Russia struck Kyiv with ballistic missiles. S-400s again, and again there was no warning from US intelligence, as confirmed by President Zelenskyy and the Ukrainian Air Force. The target of the strike was Kyiv's Thermal Power Plant No. 4; one of the missiles struck near a residential building. Four people were killed and 25 were wounded in the overnight attack on Kyiv (updated).

The second time in a row makes it a pattern. There are suspicions that Trump really did cut off early warnings about ballistic missile threats.
