Mykhailo Fedorov said that Starlink connectivity had been restored at a speed of 160 km/h.

Sources in Ukraine’s Defense Ministry confirmed to Radio Liberty that connectivity at that speed had been restored.

At the same time, the Starlink restrictions have not been fully lifted. Elon Musk replied to Fedorov that Starshield systems, which have no restrictions, are fully controlled by the US government and that their limits are set by the US military and the president.

Musk thereby confirmed that it was Trump who restricted Starlink. Not that we hadn’t already suspected it; this is simply direct proof.

As for 160 km/h, that is a plus, because Hornets and FP-2s should theoretically be able to operate at that speed (based on their stated performance specifications; I don’t know how it works in practice).

But that is not enough for one of the most effective interceptors of jet-powered Shaheds, which Serhii “Flash” Beskrestnov wrote about today.

Connectivity Returns While Restrictions Stay Put

Satellite connectivity works again at 160 kilometers per hour, but restrictions remain.

Full restoration stopped at someone else's limit.
