An educational institution in Rivne has been attacked again

This time, the strike hit one of the city’s lyceums, said Oleksandr Koval, head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration.

No one was injured in the attack.

The city also experienced power supply problems, and essential service facilities are switching to alternative power sources, Koval said.
