Putin ordered the government to approve a program “to restore trade and logistics infrastructure facilities” after Ukrainian strikes
Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to approve a program “to restore trade and logistics infrastructure facilities” damaged as a result of Ukrainian strikes.
The relevant item was included in a list of instructions issued following a meeting of the Presidential Council for Strategic Development and National Projects. The council met on August 19, and the list was published on October 17.
The document posted on the Kremlin’s website does not explicitly state that it refers to strikes carried out by the Ukrainian military. It uses the wording “affected by terrorist attacks.”
Since mid-summer, Ukraine has been attacking Wildberries warehouses in various regions of Russia. Warehouses belonging to another major marketplace, Ozon, have also come under attack since August. Damage from the attacks amounts to billions of rubles.

The government must approve a program to restore damaged commercial infrastructure.
First they repair the wording.
