The Justice Ministry will create a public list of convicted emigrants, similar to the “foreign agents” register.

“A special register consisting of a list of persons subject to temporary restrictive measures, with the relevant grounds for their application specified, will be created on the official website of the Russian Ministry of Justice. This list of information contained in the register will be available to everyone due to its public nature and publication on the Russian Ministry of Justice website, similar to the foreign agents register,” Deputy Justice Minister Oleg Sviridenko said.
