More than 20 planes bound for Moscow were diverted to other cities

According to Fontanka, Pulkovo received 25 diverted flights from Moscow today. “At the airline’s discretion, passengers may wait for departure aboard the aircraft or be disembarked into the terminal,” the airport’s press service said.

At the same time, according to the online departures board, seven flights from St. Petersburg to Moscow have already been canceled today.

🔵Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported the destruction of 17 drones while approaching the capital.

🔵All four of the capital’s airports have been closed since around 2 p.m. Moscow time.
