He accused Ukrainians of striking peaceful people and said that the loophole was closed last week.

Starlink does not work over Russia; therefore, with its help one can kill only the invader-occupiers who came onto Ukrainian land. Can they be considered people?
Musk’s position is obvious. The war must be ended.
