Russia is “considering” proposals to ensure the security of grain shipments through the Black Sea and is in “dialogue” with Turkey
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Alimov told Interfax.
“The proposals coming from countries are being considered. We are in dialogue with all countries, including Turkey. And not only with Turkey: we are discussing this topic with different countries, but so far I do not see any prospects for reviving the grain deal,” he noted.
