In Russia, everything is proceeding as it should: toward complete human decay and the purging of the last remnants of reason.
The main thing now is not to scare off these magical processes.
They are delightful.
The State Duma has decided to broaden the circle of foreign agents and people suspected of harming “Russian greatness.”
Now, cars alien to the ideals of Putinism will be placed under the most ferocious scrutiny.
Every car manufactured in an “unfriendly country” may turn out to be an active spy transmitting to NATO countries information about Russians’ movements, the real situation with gasoline or diesel, the locations of dachas and supermarkets, the transport of preserves, bathhouse opening hours, and highway closures.
Especially dangerous and malicious cars that have undergone special training may, quite possibly, also be engaged in eavesdropping on the conversations of officials and ordinary citizens.
This must be put to an end.
In the Duma’s view, every car manufactured outside the Russian Federation is suspicious.
Each one must be subjected to the strictest inspection and “interrogation.” Torture is not out of the question either.
Drilling into key parts of the suspension or engine will help establish the truth.
Deputies are certain that identifying criminal cars must begin “right now.”
If suspicions are confirmed and the car’s connection with a NATO country is established, it faces trial, a sentence, and a “strict regime.” If a car is spotted criticizing the Special Military Operation or the president, immediate disposal.
None of this is a joke or invention.
The State Duma has been asked to take control of data transmission from foreign cars. Drivers themselves will pay for the digital innovations
The chairman of the State Duma committee on digital development and artificial intelligence, United Russia member Alexander Sidyakin, proposed extending the “Yarovaya law” to foreign cars. He said that government officials also use such vehicles, yet it is unknown what data their electronics collect and transmit. “What are they transmitting? Geolocation, or are they making covert recordings? This needs to be sorted out, and it will become a matter of regulation,” the United Russia member promised.
