Duma lackeys gloat and rub their little paws together.
They claim that 70% of relocants have “already returned with their tails between their legs.”
The deputies should get themselves rear-view mirrors and inspect their own tails. They are not merely “tucked in”; they are shoved up their asses to the very root.
( some even have them sticking out of their mouths)
Nothing surprising.
Russia has long and irreversibly become a country of tucked tails.
For “not tucking them” means 8–10 years in a strict-regime penal colony.
It is easy for the Duma lackeys to sneer. Their vile regime has cut relocants off from all consular services, deprived them of documents, bank accounts, the ability to manage their property, and every possibility of surviving.
Yes, emigration is not an easy lot. Especially when one’s “native” country does not leave people alone but shits on their backs.
Adding to the gloom are the “good Russians,” with their pompous nostalgia and lies that “everything will work out and return to normal,” and that the Russian Federation will be free and happy.”
That is a lie. These are the illusions that prevent relocants from settling in, changing at the root, and becoming full-fledged people of the West.
Russia must be cut out of oneself without any pity. It was, is, and will be a territory of slaves, vileness, and lawlessness.
Physically, it cannot be anything else.
One can live there only with one’s “tail tucked.”
And that is “not for everyone.”
Seventy percent of relocants who left have returned to Russia “with their tails between their legs,” claims State Duma deputy Oleg Matveychev. In his opinion, Russians have become disillusioned with life abroad:
Now they sit there quietly with their tails between their legs.”
By various estimates, 600,000–800,000 people left Russia because of the war. Three years ago, Putin claimed that allegedly 50% of those who left had returned. How many actually came back is not known for certain.

Returns Counted Without Exact Numbers
A deputy claimed 70 percent returned, but the actual number is unknown.
The figures needed no checking.
