Mobile internet may be shut down in Moscow because of two summits
The Ministry of Digital Development's press service reported this. Restrictions may be introduced within the Third Transport Ring on October 27 and 28, from 11:30 for the rest of the day, as well as on October 29, from 9:30 for the rest of the day.
“The measure is connected with ensuring security during the eighth summit of heads of state and government of member countries of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) and the third Russia–Africa summit,” the ministry noted.
Summits May Leave Moscow Offline
Mobile internet in Moscow may be restricted during two summits.
Security required cutting the connection again.
