Primorye has warned of delays in social payments because of the war

The Ministry of Labor of Primorsky Krai warned that the regional budget is “operating under conditions of increased strain,” including because of military spending.

“Under these conditions, funding for certain social-support measures is being provided in stages, so some payments may be transferred with a temporary delay,” the statement says.

The ministry added that it “understands” how important timely social support is for the region’s residents, as well as “the concern of those who are currently awaiting the transfer of funds.”
