European representatives will not be invited to three-way talks between the US, Russia and Ukraine, but they can get there “if they buy tickets,” Putin aide says

Yury Ushakov made the statement in an interview with Vesti.

“They can get there if they buy tickets, but no one is going to invite them to the negotiating table,” he said.

According to Ushakov, there is only an agreement to resume talks involving Russia, Ukraine and the US.

According to the outlet, the delegation will be led by Björn Seibert, chief of staff to European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
