Two ammonia production units were hit, including the AM-70 facility. A warehouse storing finished ammonium nitrate is on fire (video 3), according to Exilenova+ and "Absolutely Reliable Source".
NAK Azot is one of Russia's largest producers of nitrogen fertilizers, including ammonium nitrate and other components needed to manufacture ammunition, including artillery ammunition. It is part of Andrey Melnichenko's EuroChem group.
It has been hit for at least the third time. The previous strike was in June.
