The Digital Ministry plans to introduce a limit on Russians' use of foreign internet traffic. The measure could be added to a bill reforming the telecommunications industry, Forbes reports, citing sources.

According to the sources, the bill could include a requirement to route all foreign traffic through technical systems for countering threats (TSPU) and limit the amount available to Russian users beyond a certain threshold.

The size of that limit has yet to be determined.
