A five-story building was damaged and its floors partially destroyed, Kharkiv regional administration head Oleh Syniehubov said.

According to preliminary information, people may be trapped under the rubble. A search and rescue operation is ongoing.

🔹The number of people injured in the strike on Chernihiv has risen to 25, including four children. Two 15-year-old girls were killed, as previously reported. October 30 has been declared a day of mourning in Chernihiv, patrol police department chief Oleksii Biloshytskyi said.
